RETURN POLICY
All goods are carefully inspected prior to dispatch and great care is taken to quality check and pack your order securely.
In the unlikely event that an item is received faulty or is incorrectly supplied please advise of this within 5 days of receiving the order.
Please choose items carefully as they normally cannot be returned once delivered. We reserve the right to waive this in certain circumstances and any such returns are subject to additional charges such as restocking fees, relevant bank charges and any other related return fees.
Items incorrectly sent will be replaced for correct items and dispatched at no extra cost once the incorrect items have been returned with packaging intact to Strictly Imports, PO Box 1092, Coloundra, QLD, Australia 4551.
Faulty items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Please return faulty items to Strictly Imports, PO Box 1092, Coloundra, QLD, Australia 4551 with packaging intact.
The Return Policy only covers manufacturing faults and workmanship and does not cover negligence, misuse or accidental damage caused by the user or other persons.
Postage and delivery costs for the initial delivery are not reimbursable.
We reserve the right to deny credit claims or returns at our discretion.
